Featuring a custom all wood interior and old fashioned cottage feel. There is a queen in the master bedroom, a full size bed with a twin bunk in the second bedroom and a small futon in a "half bedroom". Holidays are charged the weekend rate

Rates include a 3% cash discount. All credit card transactions will include a 3% fee

 Cleaning fee per stay is $40  

 We don't charge a separate pet fee, we treat them as the guests they are.   

 Rates based on four person occupancy: $5 per person/pet per day over four ($25 per person/pet over 2 for the entire stay for weekly rentals)  

$300 Deposit required to reserve weekly stays

$150 Deposit required for stays less than 5 nights
